Working with us

  • After choosing a Grit & Go website package, we’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire to collect information needed to build your website/webshop. We can answer any questions about your project via email or (video) call, depending on your package.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we will need your webhosting login details to start building the site/shop. If you do not have a domain or webhosting service yet, we’ll provide instructions for registration. If you purchased the Grit & Go Website or the Grit & Go Webshop package, we assist with this step.
  • We build your site or online shop with the information gathered from the questionnaire, consultation and content (text and images) provided by you.
  • The site/eStore is ready for review and revision(s), which will be discussed per email or phone consult (Grit & Go Website & Webshop only). Your next payment is due at this time, if you choose the installment plan. You will have five (5) revisions to request further changes.
  • We make the edits as discussed and your site or online shop goes live. You will receive tutorials and guides in case you want to manage your own site. Final payment is due before the hand-off, if you choose the installment plan. If you have any questions, you can email us anytime because we will continue to support you!
